What a treat! Our holiday home is situated in a quiet location behind the dike in Neßmersiel. It offers 75m² of living space on two floors – ideal for four people and a baby. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living/dining room with a smart TV, a desk, a well-equipped kitchen (including a Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave), and a guest toilet. The sunny south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue is directly adjacent. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and TV, and the other with two single beds that can be combined) and a bright bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer. Mosquito nets ensure peaceful nights. A special treat for dog owners: The 220m² property is fully fenced (1m high, lockable gate). Two dogs are welcome. We are happy to provide a cot and highchair free of charge.
